KONTRA 4 250

Centrifugal pump that thanks to the large flow it generates at low pressures, makes it suitable for many types of installations, such as refrigeration installations, transfer, etc ... Impossibility of electrical communication with the water, since no part of the motor has contact with the pumped liquid. It can work with salt water thanks to its AISI-316 mechanical seal.

Construction Characteristics:

  • Pump body, Volute, Base and Cover pump body in polypropylene resistant to chemical products in swimming pools, and reinforced with ? glass fiber.
  • Noryl impeller in KONTRA-4 300 and 400.
  • Noryl or Bronze impeller in KONTRA-4 550, 750 and 1000.
  • Bronze impeller in KONTRA-2 1250 and 1500.
  • Mechanical seal in AISI-316 stainless steel, specially designed for transferring aggressive liquids and seawater. AISI 304 stainless steel screws. AISI-316 stainless steel shaft.

Engine:

  • Closed asynchronous motor for external ventilation.
  • IP-55 degree of protection.
  • Class F insulation. 1,450 rpm and 2,850 rpm.
  • Double frequency 50 Hz and 60 Hz.
  • Bearings greased for life, guaranteeing long life and silent work.
